HVAC design of an artificial light type closed plant factory in Shanghai

Presents a demonstration plant factory project retrofitted by an old plant, and briefly describes the technology combining HVAC system with embedded network environment control. Elaborates the computing method of plant moisture gain, indoor air supply, concentration and application rate of carbon dioxide, and summarizes the HVAC system, clean system and carbon dioxide system. Analyses the system energy consumption, and proposes a day-night reversed method to reduce the operating costs, when the plants grow at night.
